Canadian Home Inspection Services was founded in 1988 in the Niagara region by Thomas Vattovaz, a Construction Engineering Technologist. His goal at that time was to address the inspection needs of the real estate purchasing marketplace. In 1994, his inspection business expanded to include the Hamilton and outlying regions.
